		<description>Jack - I think it&#039;s not even necessarily an issue of the older vs. the younger crowd.  If you take a look at the list of nominees, you&#039;ll notice that &quot;older&quot; folks actually far outnumber &quot;younger&quot; folks.  Everyone is making these nominations, not just those of us in our 20s and 30s.  I think this is much more about a slowly changing value system in our community in general, towards openness, inclusiveness, and grassroots initiatives.  These values transcend age  differences. (Just take a look at those Jews who use Twitter - I&#039;m pretty sure that the vast majority of them are 35 and older!)</description>

		<description>totally agree with you on this.  These large organizations have lost touch with younger crowd.  Glad to see they&#039;re acknowledging that change happens from the ground up and not vice versa.</description>
